FHRC Management Corporation was formed in 2005 to provide property management for properties being developed by Connolly and Partners, LLC. FHRC Management Corporation is a corporation wholly owned by First Hartford Corporation, a public company. Most of the key staff members were involved in the development or management of 1,200 units of affordable housing the company sold about 8 years ago. Neil Ellis, has been a developer since 1949 and has produced over 11,000 housing units. Mr. Ellis was active in affordable housing development until the mid – 1980’s. As Connolly & Partners, LLC brought new Affordable Housing properties to the portfolio; FHRC Management Corporation has been the designated Management Agent.
