The center features power anchor tenants including JC Penney, Academy Sports, Burlington Coat Factory, as well as dominant retailers, Ross Dress for Less, T.J. Maxx, Petco, Big Lots and Party City.
With a prime location off I-81 and Trenton Road that connects directly to the expanding Rio Grande Valley market reaching more than 900,000 consumers on the United States side of the border and several million consumers on the Mexican side.
